# SysWisdom AI Quality Agent for accessibility > The SysWisdom AI Quality Agent for accessibility checks a public chatbot two ways: does it work for people with disabilities, and are its answers accurate. Automated checks cover the page that hosts the chatbot; a named reviewer tests inside the chat window by keyboard and screen reader and checks answers against official sources; a named person on the customer's team approves every finding before it goes in a dated record. Who it is for: public entities covered by ADA Title II, starting with public colleges, then school districts, and cities and counties. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard in the ADA Title II web rule; the first deadline is April 26, 2027 (April 26, 2028 for smaller entities and special district governments). General information, not legal advice. What it is not: the free self-serve scan is automated only, covers the hosting page only, and has no reviewer. Automated checks cannot find every issue. The product produces evidence a named person approves; it does not certify anything. We are not a legal service, not a certifier, not an overlay, and not AI-only. ## Sources - Jeff Stanley, Ronna ten Brink, Alexandra Valiton, Amna Abbas, Benjamin Bilbro, Trevor Bostic, Gina Lofaro, Rebecca Scollan, and Jenna Wittich. 2021.
