Analytics

If analytics is turned on, we use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and a few clicks, such as requests for a free check. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details. If analytics is not turned on, no analytics script loads.

Free check requests

When you request a free check, we collect your organization name, the chatbot page address, your name and role, and your work email. If you came from a scan you ran, the form also sends that scan's reference. We use them only to run the check, send your report and follow up about it. Results stay private to your organization.

Product updates email

If you sign up for product updates, we store your email address, and your organization and role if you give them, with Resend, the service we use to send email. We send one email when there is news, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not need logins or student records to run a check.
